How can I bleed a air pocket on a 95 Toyota Camry do they have a bleeder valve if so where is it located

Air pocket in the cooling system i'm assuming?
Remove radiator cap when the engine has cooled down (verify by collapsing the upper radiator hose to make sure there is no pressure remaining) start the vehicle, turn your climate control to high fan, hottest temp. Add coolant to the radiator as needed. You should have good heat coming out of defrost when the cooling system is successfully bled out.

Heater not working correctly

There is a thermostat in line with the Heating & cooling system of the engine. When the water temperature reaches a determined level, say 240 degrees, the thermostat will open allowing the hot water to travel through a heat ex-changer under your dash board allowing heat inside the car. If this thermostat is sticking closed, it will not allow water to travel to the ex-changer causing cold air to blow. Unless your mechanical ability is fair to good and you have the tools you can change it yourself but even if you take it to a garage it shouldn't be too much to fix. Maybe the refrigerant charge of r134a is low on pressure. Have that checked. I hope that the air conditioning tubing wasn't disturbed when all of that service was performed.

It really shouldn't have affected the a/c if they stayed away from that system.

Air bag light on after replacing headlight switch. 95 Camry

The collector ring under the steering wheel is not making connection. Did you lose a brush when you put the steering wheel back on. Try cleaning the collector ring with steel wool.

Why does the Air Conditioning work sometimes and sometimes not?

I would replace the AC low pressure cycling switch, this is the most common cause of your problem.
