Sounds like the flasher unit is bad. It is mounted under dash, on the driver side, mounted on top of steering column.

Flasher location relay

On a 1993 olds ciera, the flasher unit for the T/S is clipped to the ashtray mount bracket. Remove the ashtray and the flasher will be on the passenger side of the bracket. The emergency flasher unit is located to the right of the glove box when facing the box. It is hidden behind the Multi -fuction alarm module.

2008 CTS front directional not working?

Try replacing ALL directionals for the side that is not working properly. That fast blink in the back usually means bad bulb, but could also mean bad relay.

Can you elaborate? You say emergency flashers work, but FR directional does not. Does the bulb-in-question light when the E-flashers are going?

How do you replace turn signal flasher in "95

I just replaced the flasher in my 95 S10 for the second time in 16 years. It is below the radio, but you have to unscrew the panels all the way from driver to passenger door. Some of the screws are regular philips and some are star drives. Once you get the panels off, or at least loose, you can see the two flasher units. The left side flasher is the turn signal, and the right side is the emergency flashers.

Blinkers stopped working and the emergency flashers don't work - is this a fuse problem??

Do the bulbs illuminate? If so, it's the flasher unit. If not, then it may be a fuse. Although most vehicles have fuses for left and right. It's also remotely possible all 4 bulbs burnt out at the same time. There are fuses in the passenger compartment as well as under the hood.

Emergency Flashers totally out, Rear lights malfunctioning

Check the ground on the passenger side rear lights, it's likely bad. As for the hazards, sounds like a bad flasher or fuse.
