Try spraying some WD-40 into the chamber and wiggle the steering wheel at the same timeyou turn the key, it might just be a dirty cylinder. If that does not work you will need to replace the ignition cylinder because it wears out on the inside over time due to all of the extra keys hanging on your key ring that add extra weight.
