You could have the beginnings if a malfunctioning Blower Motor which is located under your passenger side footwell. Have it tested first to determine if it will run continuously. if it does than check the A/C relay next.

2000 grand marquee blower motor relay

Should be located at fusebox area under dash on driver's side. Replace the relay. Check the fusebox cover for diagram. Or buy a repair manual from PepBoys, Autoparts, Oreilly Auto. About $20

Car has been parked 4 years

any time a car has been parked for a long time there are things that need adjusting sometimes before it starts, fresh gas, check fuel lines and filters-may be clogged, carb adjustment, new spark plugs and cables. All of this stuff will cost you about $200

Where is the orfice screen on a 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix, how do you access it, remove the radiator, remove a parking light or other?

If your referring to the Air Conditioning System ,you leave
that to a licenced A/C technician, that knows how to safely
and legally work on those systems.

2000 grand cherokee overheating heater blowing out cold air

Generally this condition is the result of coolant loss, or failed thermostat. If coolant goes below cylinder head level, or thermostat remains closed, heat will stop working. Do not drive with this condition as excessive heat buildup in cylinder head can and will do serious damage to heads and or head gasket.
Find out where leak is and correct it. Change thermostat as it may also be damaged. Check for excessive steam from tailpipe or miss in engine, as these symptoms indicate a cylinder head problem.
