Think you need a professional that knows how to work
on air conditioning ,to start from scratch
Since you were playing with it,I would leak check it,then
recover all refrigerant and air you let into the system & get
a system I could continue to diagnose, if there still was issues

Trying to recharge ac on 1995 chevy surburban k1500. Compressor will not kick in. How do i hot wire the compressor - so i can attempt to recharge the ac?

Find the low pressure switch it should be on the same line that you are attempting to do the charge. Remove its connector and place a wire or paper clip across the contacts, this will allow the compessor to run. Make sure you monitor the low side pressure while charging.

I fixed my heating coil but now i still having fluid leak on my passenger side by front tire

If this fluid is leaking while the AC is running and its hot outside it is just condensation from AC,and its just water. But keep a close eye on your fluid levels.Coolant reservoir leaking ?

AC blows hot air and compressor does not turn on. Can the AC relay switch be tested or bypassed to see if the compressor turns on?

yes, if you can figure out which terminal is what, you will be able to jump. Be carefull dont send 12v up the wrong wire or you will fry computer. I would pull relay out and jump at the compressor pigtail, its much safer, and the car dosn't need to be running, all your checking anyways is that the clutch is working which should give a click sound every time you tag 12volts.

I want to eliminate the ac compresser and just get a smaller belt is that possible?

it may be possible the compressor really will not do anything unless you turn the ac on it has a clutch in it so it just spins free may a ask why you want to take the compessor out?

When i turn on my ac the motor bogs down and loses power. the power steering gets real tight, and some indicator lights come on in the dash, but it i turn the ac off the engine runs normally

The compessor may be going out. I've seen them lock up and you can't even start the engine. and when they do lock up they kill the engine if it's running

My compessor keeps turning on and off could it be the relay fuse? and if so where is it?

well i dont think its the relay fuse, as this is whats turning it on and off in the first place..........the thing that triggers the realy to turn the compressor on or off is the system pressure, so either the pressure is high indicating evaporator or pipe blockage or the sytem is low, indicating leakage of ac gas or compressor not functioning properly......unable to diagnose here as i dont know what the pressures are indcating in the system, advise an ac specialist to provide you with high and low system pressures and i can diagnose it for you

Describe your 1996 Chevrolet Cavamy cavalier ac broke i check with a mechanic the fuse, relay, ac switch button inside the car,low line valve is full of refant liguad, but i noticed that the raditor fan...

there are pressures sensors on the a/c lines for low and high side pressure. if the high side pressure exceeds a certain high, or the low side doesn't have a minimum, then the pump and fan will shut off. if you took the vehicle to a mechanic and he only checked the low side pressure, then you are taking your rig to the wrong mechanic. anyone with proper knowledge of a/c systems would have the tools and know how to tell you exactly what was causing your issue withing about 20 minutes of diagnostics at the most. Find a new mechanic

Climate control does not blow cool air. When I turn the temp down there is no change in air temp. It blows full hot air. Sometimes I can give the dash a smack with my hand and it will blow cool air, but...

you going to have to tear the dash apart (ac control panel) to see why your switch is not working. The control valve unit works on vacum systems and you need to find out where is leaking or the hoses is old and broke off. If your ac compessor still working and blowing cold air but does not adjust the temperature, it will be in the control valve. Is very easy to fix if you locate the leaks or a bad valves. hope that help some.
