I have a 2000 Silverado 1500 Regular cab 4x4 and noticed that my drivers floor is damp. Does not matter if it is raining or not. Most time I ride with windows down and don' use my air. I read that this is a common problem .....

I have water under my floor mat and carpet on driver side we I run the air condition on a 2002 Chevrolet Silverado 4x4 1500 ex cab truck. How do you fix this

Sounds like the drain for the heater box is clogged, try to find the drain(probably looks like a rubber nipple) on the bottom of the heater box outside of the cab and see if it's clogged.

2004 chevy silverado speedometer repair

I have researched this problem, I own a 2000, 1500 4x4 Silverado, My Speedometer bounces on occasion. They have had recalls for years on this, It could be the grounds, mostly on the drivers side " that's every ground", On some the 20amp radio fuse under the hood effects the cluster. GM was replacing them, but if it isn't the problem you are back at square one. Also the harness was faulty. I would check for recalls first. Hope this helps.

I have a 4x4 dodge ram 1500 pick up quad cab that

Hello there:
what i would suggest is to remove all of the mats that you can and stasrt the vehical and turn on the heater and let it run for a while and see if there is any water leaking from there if no water is noticed get a water hose and run water all around the windshield and than inspect from the inside to see fi there is any water coming in anywhere and if ther is than you will need a new windshield gasket there may also be a leak between the cab and the firewall so check to see if thereis any plugs that are missing or any place that hoses are going thru the firewall to see if they have a gap in them allowing water to leak in and cracks in the cab floor will get water in there too ok?
so please try these i hope that this has been very helpfull for you
best regards michael

Air only blows on floor with very little coming out the defrost or regular vents.

Hope you have the same set up, sure you do. You may have either crossed your vaccum lines or when you were putting your heater/ac box back together or you may of pinched the vents somewhat closed. Cycle through the different zones to ensure the vents are moving as your are selecting (defrost, floor, ect...) If you think the vaccum lines are correct then you may have a reassembly issue with the Heater/ac box. I had the same problem with my 2000 Dodge Ram 4x4. Use the KISS rule "keep it simple stupid" start with the vaccum lines and all your wiring to the motors, make sure everything is plugged in. Hopefully you'll find it there before going back into the box again.

On cloudy days buzzer, speakers will not work. if sun shines will

Sounds like speakers are going bad. I had a set that got wet and they worked sometimes, didn't work other times. Sounds like the bigger issue is why they're getting wet. I'd check to see if rain, etc. is getting down into the door somehow.
