Question about 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee
Keeps cutting off on the high way
The two most common causes of that are either a failing fuel pump or crank position sensor. However, They need to be tested before replacing.
One good clue is if after it stalls, you cannot hear the pump running in the tank when you turn the key back on. likely the pump is failing. CPS needs to be tested with a good digital multi-meter using a manual for procedure and specifications...should be tested when it isn't working or it may read good.
