Actually the filter is behind the glove box. It's very easy to remove glove box by press both side walls inward one at a time. Filter is located just above the fan motor. Two clips hold a swing door. Carefull with the clips they are very fragile.(I snapped both of mine) door swings downward exposing the filter. thanks loads this is a cool site.

YOUR CABIN AIR FILTER IS LOCATED BEHIND THE GLOVE BOX BEHIND A COVER THAT IS RECTANGULAR. IF YOU OPEN THE GLOVE BOX THERE WILL BE 2 BLACK GROMMETS THAT POP OUT YOU WILL HAVE TO MOVE THEM A CERTAIN WAY TO REMOVE THEN PULL DOWN THE GLOVE BOX. IF YOU LOOK ON THE BLACK BOX BEHIND IT YOU WILL SEE A COVER SQUEEZE THE TABS AND IT PULL A LITTLE . GOOD LUCK

Change cabin air filter 2080 Subaru outback

Your cabin filter is hiding above/behind your glove box. In order to access the cabin filter, first remove the passenger instrument panel side cover. Next, open your glove box and there should be one clip on the left and right side of the glove box... remove those clips as well as the tether that is holding the glove box up. After the glove box falls forward, remove the upper storage box. You should now see the cabin filter access panel, which is held in with 5 or 6 screws. Remove the screws, pull the access panel out, and you should see the cabin filter. Reverse instructions for installation.

Where is the cabin filter on a 2003 honda odysseey

The cabin filter is located behind the glovebox.
First lower and remove the glovebox
If it has not been changed before, you will need to cut the plastic crossbrace behind the glovebox.
Once out of the way, unbolt the steel reinforcing frame behind the plastic and set it aside.
The cabin filter is mounted vertically behind it.

Need instructions on replacing a drive belt and a cabin filter for a 2006 Toyota Corolla S

The cabin air filter is located behind the glove box, you will have to remove the glove box, behind the glove box is a cover about 1" high and 7" long, remove that cover and you will see a tray that holds the cabin air filter, remove the tray and you can replace the paper cabin air filter, I recomend using a Toyota cabin air filter, the Toyota cabin air filter is a HEPA air filter and is available at any Toyota dealer for about $ 30

Already have cabin filter, need to know how to install it.

Remove all of the contents in the glove box. Remove the glove box door support. Open the glove box. Squeeze the sides of the glove box inward, to drop the box door open further. The cabin air filter is in a small rectangular box, behind the glove box.

Replace cabin air filter Kia Amanti 2005

You open the glove box, drop down the glove box door. There will be a slim panel behind the glove box that needs to be removed. Remove that panel and voila! That's where your cabin air filter is at. It's easy to do.
