The suspension has dual shocks and a coil spring front suspension for each side tire the driving axle is a Dana 44-IFS independent driving axle attached to the frame with two coil springs, two radius arms, and a stabilizer bar Or in simpler terms what gh20s stated.

They usually will have a twin "i" beam with a solid front axel.
