Question about 2004 Ford F150
Low side service a/c service location on the engine
Hi: You'll find the low pressure port on the Passenger Side, On the Fire wall you'll see Siver Canister and Silver lines.Which are from ot to your Evaparator thats in Side a Cover.Just Floow The Smaller Lines From There Toward the front towards your Condenser you Should Find a Small line with a Plastic Cap on that Line with the Letter ( L ) on It. The one with letter ( H ) is your High Pressure Side.Don't try to Recharge your A/C There .Dangerous. If your Cap with the Letter (L) is Missing You'll see a Threaded Outlet with what looks the Same as a Valve Core in A Tire.BUT don't Remove it,For the Valve is a 1 Way Valve so When Recharging Your R-34 Does'nt Escape. The Recharge Hose will Fit right Over that Valve Remember LETTER ( L ) Low Pressure Side. Hope this gets you the Cool air you Need.Let me Know By Voting on the Quality of Solution i Have given You. And You Can also Write A Testamony. There not Required but are Appreciated; from d_hubbs

The low side service port for your air conditioning system is located
on the top of your A/C accumulator (can). It is located on the passenger
side of the engine not too far from your heater fan motor. It has a plastic
cap covering the valve.
