Start with the simple and replace your fuel filter, a dirty fuel filter will heat up your fuel plump making it drop in fuel pressure. Start with that and keep me posted, the fuel filter is located on the inside fame rail under the drivers door.
Thank you for using fixya and good luck

91 cadillac devile won't start. dash, radio & powers work

These early 90's vehicles had alot of problems with the antitheft systems. When they fail, they actually cut power to the starter or injectors. Look for a light on the dash that says SECURITY or ANTITHEFT. You see this light, go to this link for answers.

Neon will not start after being driven on hot days.

You have an intermittent problem in your start circuit. I'm sure you also have some choice phrases to describe it, go ahead and vent, we have all encountered frustrating problems.
The reason shops can't find it is because it isn't happening when they look at it. Anytime a hot engine is shut down a lot of heat is generated in the engine compartment. So opening the hood helps yours cool down faster and start quicker, a good clue. I believe if you had it at a shop when it won't start, they might find it. First thing they would check, or you could if you have a voltmeter or testlight, is if power is reaching the starter from the ignition switch in cranking position. This is the small wire on the starter solenoid. If there is power there when the engine won't crank, quickly reconnect the wire and verify if car will crank or not. If still nothing, it may be a poor ground wire(battery or engine ground) or a poor battery cable, since you know the starter is good. If you reconnect the wire and it suddenly starts working, it may have just been a loose connection on the wire you pulled off. If it keeps happening when your hot engine is shut off, test may have been invalid-intermittent problem has only now come back, so run the same test again.
If you or a tech ever find no power on the solenoid wire in START, that narrows it down to the path from the ignition switch to the starter solenoid. One needs to trace that path, looking for where the power is stopped. A couple of possibilities are the starter relay and the neutral safety switch. You could try a new inexpensive starter relay and see if that solves it. If not, then further testing needs to be done before giving up or throwing some expensive parts in and hoping. But you have narrowed it down which helps. It could be some arcane problem like a ground source for the starter relay, or who knows what. Have the start circuit checked, and it would be easier if the no crank condition is present when checked. Good luck.

Sometimes the engine won't start but all the gauges and electrical system are working. If I disconnect the baterry for about 10 minutes, it will start everytime I do this. How can I fix this probl

This could be caused by a bad antitheft system. Rather common on GM vehicles. Read thru this link. Might help you out.

1992 dodge dynasty 3.3 engine runs then after so many miles, it hesitate/sputters and stops

Depending on how old fuel pump is, and quite often you will notice the buzzing/humming of pump at rear of car getting noisier. If vehicle re-starts after sitting 20-30 minutes and drives for a while again before same happens, I would certainly consider having fuel pressure tested. Hard part is to get it tested when vehicle fails to start, because by the time it gets to a shop, the pump has cooled down and works for a short time again. Not uncommon for the pump to have good pressure when cool, and heat up and lose pressure when driven or been running for a while.

2000 Mercedes CLK..I think it is a vapor lock problem..car starts as usual but 5-7 minutes later it just shuts down..happened in traffic..so I dont dare to drive it..Afterwards it doesnt start unril...

Sounds like the crankshaft position sensor needs to be replaced. They are a common problem with the Mercedes. That sensor is the one that the engine control module looks at to see if the engine is running. When they get hot and stop producing a signal the engine control module thinks the engine is not running and shuts of the fuel. After waiting awhile they cool down and the vehicle will start up again. I've changed many of them when I worked at the dealer. Tricky part is when there working and the car is running there will be no check engine light on or code stored. Usually will only have the code when the car won't start. Let me know what you end up finding out on it but that would be the first place to look and probably the cheapest.

My 97 expedition starts and runs good I'm driving down the road, Then the overdrive light starts blinking on the end of the shifter, So when I come to a stop then start to go again it shifts real hard....

With the light flashing ,codes are stored in the transmission control module . Have the codes check an this will tell you whats wrong . Probably a sensor or shift solenoid or line pressure solenoid .
