Replacing the fuel pump in this car requires that the fuel tank be removed from the car, u will need a good hydraulic floor jack and safety jack stands, the car needs to be at least 3 feet off the ground.

Is there a reset switch after changing a fuel pump in a 2006 Chrysler 300

I don't think so. My guess would be that the float in your fuel tank is stuck. You may need to replace it. I hope this is some help to you.

If you are talking abode the fuel level sensor. that one comes on the fuel pump assembly you going to have to change the hole fuel pump. and if you need to know if there is a recall just call your local Chevrolet dealer hand have your VIN number ready because they going to ask you for it. good luck :)
