2005 freelander engine immobilised and wont start there is no eka code for this model. How can i get my car to start again

do you know if the ignition box is any good, some auto part store can test the unit.
check the fuse box, your look for a fuse protection, its a fuse, located where the power comes into the fuse box, it sqaure, S-shape, its to protect the unit from shorting out the cars system, everything is dead in the car.
call the dealer ask if this car has that type of fuse, circuit proection fuse.

Car wont start have power everywhere but when i turn key nothing, could it be a fuse or neutral safty swith? starter new, battery new

alternators usually make a noticeable whining sound when they are going bad. if you picked up a used starter it could have died already. bad starter core. could be a fuse somewhere. idk im not an expert. 2 fuse boxs. under the hood closer to the windshield. the other is in the drivers side footwell. if the turnover clicks starter should be alright. if not you'll need a new starter.

2002 LandRover Freelander HSE- Turns but doesn't start/fire up

It does sound like electrical problems. When it does this you need to know is it not getting fire, fuel or both. The alarm could be a problem, engine control, or a simple ground strap loose. Make sure you battery terminals are clean and connections are tight. The last time i saw this happen it turned out to be a wiring issue because someone had tapped into the factory alarm harness and the wiring was done very poorly which was causing the problem.

Landrover Freelander Serengeti Diesel 2.0 2003

Sounds like the wheel balance is out on the new tyres, if the rears are out of balance expect the car to shake, if the fronts are out expect the steering to shake.
Best thing is to take it back and have the balance checked. Also good idea to stay with the same make and type of tyres all round.
