Just bought '93 corolla as a fuel effecient car but airbag light is on and need a quick cheap fix

First thing you need to do is have the codes read to find out where the problem is in the system most parts stores will do this for free
first thing i would do is to make sure someone didnt just unplug it look under the steering coulm should be bright yellow wire look to make sure it not disconnected if it is reconnect it

if u dont care about air bag sytem working real quick and easy fix would be to take some black eletric tape and cover light up out sight out of mind
