Question about 2001 Honda Civic
You might have a broken timing belt, you can remove the timing cover and see if the top gear is turning when you try to start it. I would check for spark at the end of the spark plug wires with a spark tester. I would check to see if it's getting gas, you can spray some starting fluid into the throttle body and see if it'll try to start, if so, the fuel pump, relay or fuse is bad.
