Question about 1999 Ford Expedition
If you find the big round silver thing (reciever/dryer) it is in it or in the same line nearby. Probably area of passenger side close to firewall. The low pressure side is the larger of the tubes.

It is on or near the reciever dryer or shiny looking thing at the right rear of the engine compartment. You need gauges to correctly add refigerant as you can overcharge it.

There are 2 hoses that come off of condensor in front of radiator. 1 is high side, has large cap on top goes to a/c compressor. The other is low side it, it goes toward firewall into or on the receiver dryer (looks like big can) You will find the charge fitting there. It is a smaller fitting usually blue or black cap on it.
