Please be more specific. What do you think it is made out of? What type of fluid travels through it? Where inside the engine compartment can you find and see this component.
I wonder if you are talking about a brake part like a proportioning valve.

I need to know the location of the fuelpump relay on a 1992 chevy C30 van - school bus

Check under hood drivers side under large black cover. *I know that on a 1994 Astro it is located under the hood on the passenger side on the fire wall next to the wiper relay (both relays are little black boxes with a wire plug on the bottom) up above the heater blower motor, I hope this helps, Good Luck.

My hood seems to move up and down at high speeds(50mph to 60mph). is this normal or can I tighten it up a little

You can tighten this up a bit by adjusting the plastic (or rubber) 'bumpers' directly under the hood toward the front of the vehicle. There should be two of them. To make them tighter, turn them counter-clockwise, both equally, a little at a time while checking the closed hood for tightness between turns. This should stop the constant bouncing around with the hood.

I hope this helps! :)

Washer only works on one side

first stick a straight pin or needle in the small hole on top of the hood it may just be plugged. then if that does not work then check the hose under the hood up under the felt liner and follow it to the connection to see if has come loose there if so you can fix that with a connector tube from any parts store take a small piece of the hose so they know what size and kind you will need

How do i disable the horn on my 1988 crown victoria

Remove the horn relay.

To find the horn relay:
"look under the hood on the left, front side of the car there's a somewhat triangle shaped box with fuses in it. It has 1 latch @ the top(left side of the box) & 2 latches @ the bottom(right side of the box). Open & pull off top. Under top will be names of the fuses & relays you will need to take it out and take it with you to the parts store so they can match it up with one they have they may have to order it call first. "

Spark plug and cap wiring for 1985 ford bronco 2

When your facing the front of your bronco looking into engine compartment, on left hand side in sequence is 1, 2, 3 front to back. on right hand side it's 4,5,6, front to back. The distributor rotates clockwise. On the top of the distributor, is 1-4-2-5-3-6 starting at the little mark on the cap or TDC. Hope that helped.

1989 biuck century hood

There's two ways to do this: get under the front end of the car and try it from underneath (the hard way) or pull the grill and get at it from the front. To pull the grill, you need a medium sized torx driver (I think it is a 15, but don't quote me on that) to pull the 6 screws that are recessed on either side of the center post of the grill, and then one at each corner. Once you have the grill off, there are two holes in the center frame bracket. You will need a long, flat head screw driver to go into the larger of the two holes from the left side, with an angle like the hour hand on a clock when it's between 7 and 8 o'clock. Be carefull not to puncture your radiator! The flat of the screwdriver has to slide between the top of the frame around the hood release bracket and connect with the vertical post of the hood release mechanism. Once you have made contact, push the screwdriver along the angle that you have and it will move the hood release mechanism counter clockwise enough to pop the hood.
