Question about 2007 Saturn Aura XR Sedan
You may have a fuel tank vent that isn't working. This vent allows air to exit the tank as fuel enters and when the air can't get out fast enough then the fuel can't enter properly and the nozzle at the gas pump will kick off and you have to trickle fuel in. A competent service facility of dealership should be able to diagnose this fairly easily. This problem shouldn't affect your gauge however so there could be a seperate issue there.
