that cliking you hear is most likely the heater relay. but i don't think thats it, i would be checking to see if there is a resister, for the blower motor, it should be someware around the blower motor along with the relay in the same place. it will be on the heater box held in with a couple of screws, and a plug going to it with 4 or 5 wires.when they go bad, blower may only work on one or two speeds or not at all.

SOURCE: Blower motor stopped working.
ok to the left of the steering wheel by brake pedal remove fuse panel and look for no. 3 location blower relay after that your going to look for no. 8 blower fuse 40amps after that look for no. 28 its a 10amp fuse this is blower coil relay but if you have puddle lights that fuse is good also runs them !! check if there is any voltage reading at the fan blower wiring when activated,if there is an it still does not work then you may need a replacement blower...

there is a pressure switch that tells that the system is charged.that turns on the relay.it is best to get the wiring diagram for it.
