Seem like both the oxygen sensor are bad, but verify the air filter and fuel filter first

Well, you didn't specify model (LS or Z24) could mean difference of manual or climate control system. Try these, hope they're what you need. First one is heater, second is A/C diagram-ac-heater-component-2000#solution-section-jmz2l3ajkmzxmmy43tbj3dny-2-0.jpg

When I took the battery out to work on my 2000 Chevy Cavalier, it messed up the computer.. How do I reset the computer?

there`s no reset for this. what has probably happened is its gone into relearn and you just have to drive it until it learns your driving habit and runs properly.

How do you delete code p1137 from 2001 Chevy cavalier ?

Four digit codes are brand specific. Code 1137 for a GM product means the O2 sensor mounted after the catalytic converter is producing a low signal.
The sensor and wiring would need to be checked.

Engine light on. diag tester code P1137 undefined code what should i do next?

P1137 relates to a blip in the fuel trim where as the max threshold was reached. I have simply deleted the code in the past and it was ok, never came back. However if it does come back you will need to find the cause. This is most likely a MAP or MAFS fault.
