Question about Toyota Tercel
Yes, it could be a motor mount, but to me this sounds more like a transmission problem - one of the bearings might be worn out or a misbalanced driveshaft..
Simple test: with a cold engine push it vigorously - it shouldn't budge at all. Then watch while it's started - the movement should be small and not jerky.
To replace it it's quite easy: all you need is to loosen the driveshafts and lift the engine a little (watch for the fuel line) on each side.
