Most likely a bad Injector there are two of them depending on the engine you have, and the fuel injection system. How ever are you sure it's to much fuel or not enough air? A dirty air filter could cause this but not likely. But if the map or maf sensor was bad it could cause the engine to flood out. Let me know if you need more help with this just reply to e-mail you get from this site thanks for using fix-ya.

Hi my1991dodge dakoda hesatates during excelloration .like its fludding

check ignition timing and throttle position sensor for a bad spot in the ribbon. you can check the fuel pressure and volume as if this is low it won`t supply enough fuel to run properly.

1990 mustang 5.0 runs ruff and spits and sputters and fluds out black smoke out exhaust .sometimes straightens out and runs good.what could be the problem?changed throtle positon sensor and still same

Try pouring a full can of seafoam into the gas tank with a full tank. That should clean out all the carbon and build up on the valves while lubricating at the same time. You can also use deep creep ( aerosol seafoam ) and spray into your throttle body or into a vacuum line going into the intake manifold. After all this, the engine should run smoothly, if not i would get a tune up to be sure everything's good.

Both products can be bought at any auto part store. They will definitely clean out any build up.

Spark plugs getting to much gas keeps fludding itself

It could be leaking fuel injectors, or something telling your motor that it is running too lean and needs more gas. Is the check engine light on? Please let me know if I can further assist you.

Transmission problem; goes into reverse but doesn't go into.....

Thats tells me you prob need a new tranny, but first thing is run the car in N with the ebrake on, and check your tranny fluid. If its low add some, and also smell it to see if it smells burnt. A burnt smell indicated the tranny has overheated at some time, and heat is your trannys worst enemy... Good Luck

110 engine

OK, sounds like starving for fuel, probably fuel pump related. I would have that tested first. Does the engine have fuel injection system?
