Continued blowing of fuses will normally indicate one of two things first is that a component/device is faulty ando second is that there is a short or intermittent short in the circuit(s) while I am not familiar with jeeps I find it unlikely however that both the blinkers and ac fan have the same circuit/fuse but it is possible they are shorting each other somewhere in or under the main console

Diagnosing an electrical issue is never easy or cheap, sorry. When fuses blow, it is due to an improper flow of electrons. When relays go bad, it is due to overheating(which is often due to an improper flow of electrons). The BCM(Body Control Module) could be to blame... let us know how it works out =D

Check your fuses. Your owner manual can help as well to located them or simply look on the fuse box and it will tell you where every fuse is. Good Luck!

Window went down, then quit working

try pulling up the window by hand
the window may have come off its tracks

if you cannot pull the window up because there is too much resistance to lift then you have to diagnose the motor

start with fuses and relays first

2004 jeep grand cherokee special edition, windows won't work, doors won't lock (except with key) auto door locks doesn't work either, and dimmer switch for dash whenever turned on all interior lights go on...

sounds like a blown relay and also a blown fuse or two, check the relays under the bonnet and under the dash, you will surely find a broken/worn/burnt out one, replace it (not sure which one it is but they renge from £3/$5 to about £12 - $25 then replace the fuses, if there is no bad relay then just replace any blown fuses - hopefully it's just a worn out relay and not something wrong with the windows or locks that blew the relay in the first place -

Probably have bad hood struts/shocks that hold it up. These can be obtained at the usual discount parts stores(Kragen,Autozone, Checker, etc) Usually just pop off on one end of a ball mount and unbolt the other after you have propped up hood. These shocks go bad from time or fluid leaks.

No brake lights on 04 grand Cherokee limited edition

I had a similar problem with my 04 grand cherokee special edition. It was a 20 amp relay. The relay blew causing my brake lights to not work, also my power seats and sun roof. Its located under the hood on the passanger side. Its a red relay.. Possibly that..
