SOURCE: 1992 Honda Accord (LX) Instrument Cluster Replacement

Same as 2 dr, or a stick.
There are bezel screws that hold the plastic trim (pointing up towards the windshield), you nee to remove these 2 screws. The bottom section is clipped in. Tilt the steering wheel down as far as it will go.
Once you have the bezel off, there are 4 screws holding the cluster to the dash. Remove them and gently pull the cluster forward. Reach around (expect to get scraped knuckles) and unclip the speedo cable, and two large multipin connectors. Don't force anything.
Getting the cluster out after this point is a test of your patience. It only seems to come out one particular way.

SOURCE: Ignition will not shut off to remove key unless

You have either a bad ignition switch or the actual tumbler (key slot) is worn out. Or, see if you can get the key out when you put it in NEUTRAL (with the Parking Brake on). If this lets the key out then the problem is within your Interlock Control system.

Igintion switch

Electrical portion of the ignition swith is faulty. Replace that and all will be well. A good rule to follow since this a weak point on most of hondas older model cars is the lighter the key chain the longer the life of the electrical portion of the ignition switch.

Honda stumbles erey once in awhile while driving

It may not be the ignition switch at all. If the stumble happens around 1800 rpms, it could be carbon build up in the EGR ports. The Dealer would be able to help with that.
