Question about 1992 Buick Park Avenue
More than likely your ignition switch is bad. Its located towards the lower part of your streeging coluum inside the car. As you move the shifter in different positions the switch makes contact to the respective modes as indicated on your shift display. When you turn the key to start it makes contact to the starter. Since this is used the most it does burn the contacts much quicker than the others
