Which tire front or rear? also when you say right do you mean passenger side or driver side? If you wish to say I will reply back to you as it will be different depending which tire it is and if it's passenger side or driver side.

Windscreen washers do not work on 2000 hyundai accent ? pump broken . where is the pump located and how to access it

It is behind the passenger side fender in front of the tire. You have to remove the plastic inner fender well to get to it. And the metal pins on the pump that go into the wiring plug have probably corroded off. Mine did that while still under warranty.

How to replace plugs & wires 98 bravada i cant find them under the hood

remove front tires and access plugs after taking inner-fender splash panels off. Remove wires with a long hook tool carefully pulling at end of boots. One plug may be blocked by steering shaft. Use hex-ended spark plug socket with open-end wrench to remove that one. Have Fun!

1998 Lincoln continental won't start, tries but just grinds. Just washed the car two days ago lots of water got under the hood as I chased pine needles out of the base of windshield.

If the car has a distributor cap (some lincolns have a distributorless system) the cap probably has moisture in it. Spray a little starter fluid around the cap and wires to dispel any moisture.

Brake lights blows fuses

Please check the brake light wiring there must be somewhere where the live wire is touching the body (earth -) and thus the blowing of the fuses.
Since the plug in had melted so must have the wires insulation top melted somewhere and its now shorting.
Hope this helps.

I bought a new feul pump and ecu for my 98 lincoln continental i

Check to see if its getting spark by slightly removing a plug wire.  And see if you can see fuel pumping inside the carb as you pump the linkage.  Also try poringing a little fuel inside the carb with the air filter removed.  If it starts it's the fuel system if it doesn't it's the ignition system.
