Question about Chevrolet Suburban
Unbolt the radiator shroud. You need to remove the fan by taking the four bolts off. Aslo you will need to remove the belts first. You wont be able to lift the shroud until the fan is loose and it comes up with the shroud if there is not enough room to remove it before.
Then you should have direct access to the water pump Remove any hoses attached. . Looking at the replacement part will tell you where the bolts are that need to be removes. Clean the engine surface completely. Using some spray adhesive spray the engine gasket area and tac the gasket into place using the bolts to position it.
