I have several issues with my 2004 chevy malibu. My first one is when I turn my wheel no matter if its right or left its makes a loud squeaky sound and the last is that my driver seat leans on the right side and I was told that the entire rack needs to be replaced. Have yu heard anything about this or change yu help me with any of my issues?

When the steering is turned the power steering pump cuts in. Frequently this pump is driven by a fan belt and if it is loose it will squeal regardless of whether the car is moving or not.
That is easy to check as is the steering fluid level in the pump reservoir.
Next would be suspension mounting bushes and corresponding steering links. Harder to check and a hoist is recommended. Best left for a mechanic.
The seat sounds like the support frame has partially collapsed. That is all spot welded together and repairs are not really feasible
The Malibu LT is prone to the weld on rt front of driver seat breaking, causes seat to sag to right
. A second hand replacement may be a cheaper way to go. If there is a weight issue reinforcing may be advisable

The power steering may be electric in which case it's my mistake and my comments irrelevant.

If you have power seats the seat adjusters are made from aluminum and they do bend. They are non repairable
Check all bushings on the suspension for wear

it sounds like you need the steering pump drive belt adjusting slightly, it would appear to be slipping when the pump is under pressure of operation

My 2004 Malibu maxx ls is experiencing a "whining" sound when I drive it over 60kms.... what could it be?

Sounds like it could be a wheel bearing. try turning right to left at speed in an s type of pattern this will side load the wheels and probably increse the noise one direction and reduce it the other. you may also feel vibration in the steering wheel.

sounds like another bad hub brg, jack up front end and check for play in wheels from top to bottom wiggle for movement. A loose wheel brg will set a front speed sensor code.

Grinding/Low Whining noise when turning

sounds like the power sterring pump check valve is failing because it only when you turn, try to turn the wheels standing still to verify the noise, if noise present, replace the ps pump.
