Check the fuse and relay in the fuse panel for a blown fuse. Then unplug the power wire to coil and test for power to coil. If you are getting power to coil then it will be the coil causing the problem. Use an inline tester to connect between the coil tower and sparkplug wire to correctly see if the coil is putting out fire. Could be bad sparkplug wires or plugs. Hope this will help you.

are you sure you have fuel pressure?
what is a signal plate? no such part on any japanese car. how did you check for spark in cyls 2/3/4? they are on opposite banks.
did you check if you had crank and camshaft signal? without crank and camshaft signal the pcm will not know where tdc is and which cyl is at or near tdc.

94 quad 4 when warm no fire on cyl 1 and 3

Pull plug on cyl 1 leave it attached to plug wire, place it on intake manifold, have someone turn the key over to crank without starting it. If your coil is good spark should be more white or blueish indicating a high voltage spark red or orange indicates a poor spark from a faulty coil. Do this on both cylinders to check. Inspect all plugs and wires while you're at it too.

My crank shaft is rotating twise the crank shaft. HOW MY 1342 FIRING WILL OCCURE?, I can spare only 30 digree for charge and spark plug contact. THERE ARE ONLY 2+2 CYLINDER. 180 DIGREE APPART KINDLY REPLY...

Your crankshaft turns 2x times the camshaft. Put it this way as # 1 cylinder reaches TDC (top dead center) of the firing/compression stroke, and this will be after a (8 degs BTDC) spark to ignite the air/fuel mix, the # 3 cyl. will be at BDC of the intake stroke and as #1 begins its power down stroke, (during explosion of air/fuel mix), #3 begins its compression up stroke, the #4 cyl. will be coming down with #1 cyl. but #4 will be in the beginning of its intake down stroke, and #2 cyl. will be coming up with #3 but #2will be in its BDC of the exhaust stroke. Which has just fired previously to #1. 1342134213421342 etc. Now the cam turns to open / close the valves; In the outline above, #1 cyl. valves will both be closed. #3 cyl. will have the intake starting to close at this point. #4 cyl. will just be starting to open its intake valve, and #2 will be starting to open its exhaust valve. Is all this clear as mud? So as the crank makes one full rotation (in a 4cyl. engine) only the firing of one cylinder has happened.and at every rotation one cyl. will fire. So #1 at TDC then one full rotation, #1 back at TDC, but this TDC is half of its 4 cycles, (1)Intake, (2)compression, (3)power, (4)exhaust. this 1234 refers to the 4 cycles of the rotation not firing order.

it sounds like you may have the wires on the wrong coil. It should be #1 on the #4 coil, and the #3 wire on the #2 coil. you probably have them backwards so 1 and 3 are firing on the exhaust stroke.
the firing order is 1-3-4-2.
they should be hooked like this.

92' Cavalier 2.2L 4 cyl. runs but has a miss coming from #4 cyl.

Matter not whether plug fires out of engine. Put it back in and clamp a timing ligh to it. If the light won't fire, you don't have enough spark to fire cylinder, hense miss.

have you changed the ignition wires? perhaps firing order crossed? if not coil pack or ignition wires faulty how do you know it is not "FIREING" on 1 & 4 have you tested it with a spark tester tool???
