U have two problems here, 1st let me address the hard steering issue to the left, this is caused by a scored rack and pinion steering cylinder, this allow a pressure leak around the power piston that helps to assist the steering, the only way to fix this is to have the entire steering rack replaced, then the front end must be aligned, this job requires special tools such as a inner tie ro removal tool, also the steering system myst be flushed out to remove any metal or seal debris or the new /rebuilt steering rack will fail early.
As far as the shake goes this can be caused by a number or worn part issues in the front suspension, the car is front wheel drive and the power goes through two axles called "half shafts, these contain special joint called CV joints, "CV" stands for "contstant velocity" When these joints develop excessive wear they can cause the symptom u have along with other worn parts like the steering rack, which we already know is worn out, before any work is committed to have a good front shop check this out, tire store's like BIG O are good places to do this checkout and final diagnosis. many times they do the inspection for free our do it for a very modest fee in hope of the job being done at there shop.

Have the front end checked out, possible a inner tie rod end bad,and the rack and pinion may have some mounting bushings that are bad also.

1970 ford f250 shakes real bad when I let off the gas. Any ideas I'm stumped

it depends what shakes ? if it only dose it when your slowing right down without braking then it could be an engine mount. if your braking it could be many things from warped disks to track rod ends/ball joints/loose wheel bearings. try and trace the shake. front right-left/steering wheel/back right -left.checks to do are, jack car up and hold the top and bottom of the wheel and shake it/there should be no movement/hold the sides of the wheel and shake it/there should be no movement ( on all wheels ) grab engine and shake it while looking at both sides ( checking engine mounts ) shaking can be caused by a number of things even bad shockers. good luck

The front end shakes very bad at 45 mph under rides real smooth brand new front end.what could it be?

Front end shake at a specific speed means the wheels are out of balance or alignment. Have this checked at a garage.

Steering wheel and tire issue

Have a front end suspension check done to eliminate any worm ball joints -shockies- worn suspension rubbers-- steering problems. If ok have a wheel alignment done and have the rear end aligned first as it affects the front alignment. The violent wobble is castor wobble and indicates negative castor possible from sagging suspension springs. The camber is out at that results in the car following every dip in the road. The camber has to work in conjunction with the toe-in measurement and if the 2 are not correct then you will have problems.

In sharp turns, right or left, front end shinmies/shakes. Is this a trnsfer case problem..? Have a 2000 Grand Cherokee with Quadra-Trac

I don't remember what the cut-off year was when Jeep changed from standard universal joints to C/V joints but your problem sounds a lot like a bad end joint on a front axle shaft. "U" joints are "X" type...CV's have a rubber boot covering them. If the boot is torn that also could cause the CV to fail but unless they are really bad generally they get real noisy first before they get to the point of binding.
Only way your transfer case could be doing that is if you have different size tires in the front or rear.
Usually a bad transfer case will make the whole vehicle shudder, even going straight.
If you have X type joints, don't go by how they look... you need to remove them to see if they are binding.

When you drive 45 mph and above the front end shakes real bad

very good chance you will need tie rod ends, is there squeaking during turns? (ball joints) hit a bump at higher speeds and the car sways left and right? any other symptoms?
