Question about 1988 Chrysler New Yorker
I took my Nissan Sentra 89 to the mechanic to replace the rack and pinion, when my car was returned to me the gears were not working drive or reverse were not functioning this person is not my regular mechanic i was thinking may be he had something to do with it so he could make more money or may be just my bad luck or do they have to touch the transmission to replace the rack and pinion?
If it worked before they touched it its their responsibility to put it right free of charge ,something has been left disconnected and the mechanic should have sorted it before the car was returned ,if you have a receipt with a tax number on it seek legal advice if you havent go and ask nicely with two of your biggest mates with you
