Question about 1999 Saturn SW
Deb were I in your shoes I would look in the yellow pages and find a repair shop which does heating and cooling. Often the word radiator will appear in the name of the business. Call them and ask them how much to recharge your system. If it cannot be recharged, they will tell you. On a car that old you may have system components, such as the compressor, which are past the end of their service life. Air conditioner systems are not owner serviceable, there is not a dipstick, nor a little cap which you unscrew and pour in refrigerant.
