Question about 2003 Nissan Sentra
This could be from anything from a dirty fuel filter which is robbing engine of proper fuel supply, to dirty injectors, and possibly dirty air filter. Way to test this is to remove air filter, check for cleanliness. If it is clean, then move to the injector cleaning. You can by the additive at any auto supply store, on a full tank of fuel. Run the engine for a while and if this improves then it is likely the solution. However, a fuel filter would be highly recommended and are generally located under the hood near the rear of the engine compartment. Not too tough to change, but if it has never been, then it is likely it would improve fuel pressure to the injectors, increasing the idling slightly and smoother running performance.
Hope this helps!
