Basically your battery has died

what after market items do you have installed...usual suspect is the remote starter

No aftermarket items installed the t-stat replacement was to correct vehicle fault code- which it did, after sitting overnight no start- the solenoid doesn't even engage the flywheel..

well lets get this started first and we will figure out what is causing the parastic drain of the battery

do you have a jump box, battery booster or jumper cables?
get the vehicle started and drive at least 30 minutes at highway speeds
we need at least 30 minutes to fully recharge the battery

when you return I'll tell you the steps for the test

BTW... you will need an old fashion test light and at least an hour!

What is a drive cycle on a 2004 Chevy impala

Merely a description of one driving time, or cycle, pertinent to the engine computer. One cycle would be turning car on, going somewhere, and turning car off. For the computer, that is one driving cycle. A computer may require many driving cycles to re-calibrate previous performance, if say, you had disconnected the battery, thereby erasing computer memory.

"2003 Chevy Impala won't start". Car would not

The alternator is not charging,or the battery wont take a charge. If all accessories work fine when its running after you've boosted it,its likely the battery.

I have a 2004 chevy impala. i recently had a problem with my mass air flow sensor and the dealership supposedly fixed it. well now my check engine light went back on and i went to start it and it...

hi this sounds like a battery fault, i think it has gone flat, have you tried jump starting it from another vehicle?, if this works then you might need to get your alternator checked out as this might not be charging the battery, this will also have the same affects as what you have described, also get the battery checked to .....hope this helps
