Contact BorgWarner headquarters, manufacturer of the Transfer Case, with the known chain design flaw. Most Cadillac dealerships are replacing the entire transfer case which isn't necessary and a waste of money. http://www.morsetec.com/contact.html

Are you suppose to use premium fuel with a 2004 cadillac srx with the norstar system?

Really, you need to use what the manual reccomends, in your case that should be premium. While you will usually not suffer damage from using lower grade, you will suffer performance and economy loss.

Front turn indicators don't work, on 04 Cadillac SRX

you may want to check the fuse for the signals and asfor the locked windows, it sounds like your window lock has either seized or the button is off track. In any case, replacement would be the best option.
