Question about 2002 Dodge Neon
First off there are no codes 1 and 4.
Turn the key from off to ACC three times and take down the number that shows.
Call your local dealer with the code or better yet take it to the dealer and ask them to give you the real codes. Also take down your VIN# and check on recalls. Do this every 6 months for the life of the car.
One other thing to try - put a new battery in the car or at least charge the one in there to 100% and see if it doesn't run better. IT really can make a difference.
Remember - the VIN number to the dealer will help you the most right now.
