Question about 1994 Honda Accord
Look on the firewall upper edge on the passenger side. You should see a black thing resembling an oil filter with two lines going into the top of it.
You can crack open one of the fittings and cycle the key on and off without cranking to see if fuel flows up to the filter.

The timing belt may have snapped. remove the oil fill cap and have a friend crank the engine over.Make sure to keep your hands clear of the belts! Look into the valve cover, you should see some parts moving around. If you don't, the belt has broken. If you can see things moving inside it is still possible that a worn out belt has jumped, but diagnosing this will take some engine disassembly This engine is not usually a valve smasher so there is a good chance that you can get away with just replacing the timing belt

Follow the plastic ducting from the top of the engine forward to a square or rectangular shaped box. The filter should be here. Thumb clips or other fasteners,(usually 4) will hold the lid on. Remove the lid and the filter should pull right out.
If you still can't get it, take it to Pep boys or auto zone. They will do it for you (free), in the parking lot and you can see how it goes.
