A.c. fuse #37 under hood blows. it is marked a.c.bfd what is bfd?

I found a fuse marked AC BFC which powers the ac compressor clutch and the body control module. No AC BFD. The wiring diagrams do not give the fuse numbers.
Your owners manual should list all of the fuses and what they control.

If the pump is not working you would need to check the fuse and pump relay.

Where is the ac compressor relay on 2000 ford expedition

It is under the hood in the fuse and relay center. Refer to the owner's manual for box layout. If you don't have a owners manual you can download one here free.

I have a 2000 malibu and the coolant temp and fuel guage does not work and no warning lights work when the key is in the on position (oil, abs, airbag) all fuses are good

I think you're going to need a new cluster. I don't have your wiring diagram, but my 2000 camaro wiring diagram is below. It has a logic device built in that controls the temp and fuel gages.
The same chip also runs the bulb test at startup. I found a used cluster online here for 70 bucks:

A new one from GM is about $240.

The interior lights of my 99 chevy malibu do not work. Can this be a fuse problem?

yes it can be a fuse, most cars have a dimmer for dash/interior lights if fuse is ok it may be the dimmer switch.

99 Malibu-cruise, power windows and fan blower aren't working. Found fuse panel on passenger side of dash. All fuses are good. How can I fix the problem?

Have you checked the fuses in the under hood fuse box? Sounds like you have a blown Maxi-fuse or a bad ignition switch.

I got a 99 Chevy Malibu with Fuse Slots not working .. I checked the fuse they are working fine , but the actual slots where u put the fuse in, is not functioning i decided to replace the whole box...

If everything in the vehicle is working fine then I would not replace the fuse block. Some of these will not have power all the time. You could just be giving yourself a big head ache if you are not having any problems. If you are having problems tell me what they are and I can help you find the problem. You don`t want to be replacing parts that are not needed. This can get costly and could just give you more problems.Hope this helps.Good luck.

Could be several things. The fuse relay to the AC compressor could be bad. The system may need to be recharged due to lack of refrigerant the compressor will not work unless it has enough.
