Changed the plugs wires and coil for #2& #3 cylinder as was told by my odb codes, but the engine is still missing and it did not seem to help can you help me please

The code won't usually tell you what to replace. If a misfire on a particular cylinder, check fuel--spark-- compression on that cylinder. If problem with ignition coil, I'd check wiring circuits for coil, first.
I don't know your year--make--model? My database will only cover vehicles sold in the US.

Given the vehicle a tune-up if it hasn't had one in a while is always a good idea.

Cylinder #1 continues to Misfire

What DTC code(s) are you getting?
You performed a compression test on cylinder #1; did you test cylinder #2?
Compare the readings, if there is a significant difference in compression readings between the two, you may have a bad head gasket, a bad valve, etc.
The bottom line, the problem is internal to the engine.

CHANGE NEW PLUS AND WIRES NOW HAVE BAD SKIP AND STILL MISFIRE ON CYLINDER 4

Would need my head under the bonnet to find the answer ,from your description it could now be a injector who knows but take the plug out and see if its all wet and black then go from this point as fault could be a coil pack /valves or fuel injector but as you havent stated year then again it could have a coil on each cylinder or a remove coil pack as you stated it has HT leads (wires)

Look at the spark plug, if looks ok then that's not the problem.with spark plug out check cylinder compression if good then check fuel injector, reinstall spark plug, start engine and listen for clicking noise at fuel injector, if none bad injector replace.

before anything i had the problem and this is the way i solved it ... the lancer has 2 ignition coils in 2 cylinders what you do is take the iginition coil out of the cylinder that is misfiring and change it to another cylinder and put the car on the odb reader again it should change location of misfire .. then that would tell you that its the ignition coil thats bad i ended up getting my coil at the dealer for $110 ebay has some aftermarket pairs for $100 so you can get 2 now for the price i paid for 1 that will solve the problem guaranteed owne d a lancer for 5 years know the ups and downs to them
