Hi: Have you Checked for Any Leaks? And Also You Might See If your Belt is on The Power Steering Pulley.Also Have you Changed your Power Steering Filter? It Could Be Plugged up or Restriting the Fluid Flow which would Result in No Power Steering or Very Little Help. If ALL Checks I've Wrote Above Fails Your Power Steering Pump Has Probally Gone Bad.
