Question about 2003 Ford Focus
Hi yes there are 2 there is one in the engine bay and one that has the fuse you are looking for on the passenger side under the dash, the fuse number is F79 and it is a 15amp...hope this helps

The driver's side fuse block is to the left of the steering
wheel, under the instrument panel.
Snap off the cover to reveal the fuses. You'll find a fuse
puller clipped to the inside of the cover. Place the wide
end of the fuse puller over the plastic end of the fuse.
Squeeze the ends over the fuse and pull it out.
The Parking lamps and running lights and license plate lights all run off the same fuse, it is fuse 8c in the above fuse box
