Question about 1991 Acura Integra Hatchback
Just center the top most bolt on the distributor and you'll be fine. I like mine a little counter-clockwise from center though for a bit of advanced timing.

The timing marks for ignition timing are on your crank pully. there are three. the middle one is stock setting and gets lined up with the line on your timing cover.
