Why would my floor board on the drivers side have a puddle of water? I did just replace a heater core. i thought that would solve the problem.

So you're saying you replaced the heater core because water was puddling on the driver's side, but water is still puddling on the driver's side? I'm assuming you're in the US and the driver's side is on the left and the heater core is on the right side.
Do you get much rain where you live? Is the vehicle parked outside? Do you notice the puddling more often after a rain? If this is the case, your water intrusion may be because of a leaking seal around the windshield or door. Check by getting the floor reasonably dry, and then have someone sit inside while another floods your car with a garden hose - specifically the windshield and driver's door. Have the inside observer try to catch a stream of water along the edge of the windshield, along the door jam, or along the door sill.

My 2006 H3 has water leaking into drivers side floor

While H3 is parked on driveway, driver floor mat is removed, and steering turned all the way right to expose splash area, pressure hose the front left steering splash area behind left tire while another person feels with their hands to determine where water is entering. If the leak is beneath, it would only enter when you go through flooded area. When it rains, the water constantly splashes behind the tires, which is an area source for water to enter the driver area while the vehicle is in motion during rain condition. If you live in snow area, they use salt to keep roads clear of snow. Salty water is highly corrosive to exposed steel. In the summer or fall season before snow begins, you steam jet pressure clean the underside, then inspect for any area where undercoating had come off. Take primer spray paint and cover these exposed areas with at least 3 coats of primer paint, or rubber sealant spray.

Front windshield is leaking above passenger side

so if i were you i would be checking drain plug or drain opening in front of wind shield. probably it is under plastic grill next to wipers. it transfers the collected rain water infront of windshield and direct it to ground. if it is clogged flooded water can drain into cabin.

In my 2000 chevy Impala has a water leaks under dashboard onto passenger floor, only when it rains?

I had the same problem with a 1994 Taurus. Within the front fender was 10 years of pine needles and leaves blocking the drain backing the water up in and over the fire wall and into the front passenger seat floor.
I took a LONG pair of needle nose pliers threw the passenger side door, and was able to remove enough debree. After pulling out out about 5 fist full's of yuck, 1 gallon a water that was stuck some where poured out flushing out the drain. I did the same on the drivers side. After that I had no problems with floods. I hope this helps. If not check your back door weather stripping if you have one. I have heard water leaking behind the passengers seatbelt and onto the floor from under the seat. Got to love Florida's rain season(s)

2004 Toyota Corolla flooded passenger side mats front and back

I would say you have either a bad seal on the windshield or the seal on the passenger door opening.

When it rains the driver and passenger side floor

If you are sure it's not the door seals, I would take it back to whoever replaced the windshield.

Water in floor on drivers side front and rear

Firstly is it rain water or coolant? dab it with a kleenex and see if it is coloured if it is then the heater core is leaking, if not then you have to hunt for the leak, water will travel from the front to back so see if water is coming from the bottom of the door trim and flooding over the rubber seal, otherwise look carefully around the screen, then you have to search under the dash, it is a detective job. has anything happened recently to the Jeep?
