Question about 2006 Chrysler Pacifica
The ABS light on my 2006 Chrsyler Pacifica Touring is on. How and where are the sensors on each wheel so I can check them. Also what causes the system to go bad we only hav 40,000 miles on the car.
Will the car pass inspection in NC with this light being on?
Each wheel has an ABS Speed Sensor. The connectors for each of these is located in the wheel wells. The rears are up behind attached to the inside storage compartment in the wheel well and the front ones are located behind the plastic mud gaurd behind the shock. You have to pull the black plastic christmas tree holder out to get to them. There is a red safety clip on them that you have to move. I put an OHM meter on mine and they all checked at 558. I'm experiencing the same problem and have to start looking at a different problem now.
Hope that helps for your first go around of troubleshooting.

And to answer your question. you dont have to worry about abs light being on in N.C. I have a 2006 pacifica with same problem now. it will pass inspection. just worry about check engine light.

Each wheel has a sensor. Theres more to it than the sensors. have the repair shop check it over for you and recommend repairs.
