The old pipes should fit right in the new holes and bolt right up. If they don't, you have the wrong compressor. It should be exactly what you took out. If it isn't, you won't have to worry about hooking it up because it probably won't fit. Check it out.

My clutch for the compressor is bad. 98 nissan froniter 4cyclinder . Is it possible to change clutch without removing compressor? Or should I just change entire compressor out?

It is possible to change the clutch out if you can find someone who will sell them. Check out some place like surpluscenter.com, check out the power transmissions tab, and click on clutches, and you may find one. Otherwise, it's difficult to find the clutches by themselves. You'll need a puller to get the old one off.

Replace 2005 Nissan altima stereo receiver

Try radio shack, or stereo sales/installation place for ready to go plug adapter. For a few bucks, it saves headaches, and butchering the wiring in case you want to re-install old one later when trading in or selling the car.
