I have a 1995 Chevy Blazer i need to replace tire rods. Will i need a frontend alignment when procedure is finished?

Tie rods are a part of the overall front end allignment.... if they are worn , a good shop will require you to have them serviced prior to do9ing an allignment...
Yes... you will need an allignment after yout tie rod ends have been replaced.

have the front end checked for worn parts, something is worn out, hard to say without hands on look at the parts, any tire shop like Big O will do an inspection for free.

1999 pontiac grand am headlight glass is foggy-how do I clean it?

You can use a product called goof off or a bug abd tar remover to get the area clean. To change your light bulb you can open your hood and between the radiator and the front end assembly see the back of the light socket. Turn it to the right and it should release. Make sure when you replace the new bulb not to touch the bulb in anyway with grease from your hand or dirt this will case the halogen bulb to burn out. So once you have replaced this just repeat the steps to reinstall.
