SOURCE: What kind of motor oil does a 2003Dodge Caravan SE

Likely you will get about a hundred different answers on your question.
The best oil is one that will suit your driving needs and expected the area temperatures.
Generally, In your vehicle, at average temps of from 35 degrees to 80 degrees (f) you will do well with either a synthetic or conventional oil rated at 10W 40 or even a 10W 30. In colder climates you would use a 5W 30 conventional oil but can run any of the heavier weight synthetics. That is because the synthetics actually exceed the designations on both ends of the scale.
Most important aside from the type of lubricant is your filter. Even the best oil will slowly turn to liquid sandpaper if not filtered well. Choose the filter that offers the smallest micron filtration rating. That will keep the abrasive contaminants in check and add years of life to your engine.
Despite any manufacturers change intervals, it's best not to exceed 4,000 miles between changes..

'93 Ford Probe Fuel Pump Collision Switch released

You must add at least three gallons of gas/petrol so the electric pump will prime properly. Be aware that when you run out of fuel/petrol you can damage the pump, the tiny fuel tank mounted pump requires the fuel it runs in for cooling and lubrication, so when you run out of gas it is damaged to some degree, this shortens the life of the pump and in some cases on high mileage cars (or cars that are run out of gas on a regular basis) the pump may not restart. The reset fuel pump button is only activated by a vehicle crash exceeding 3 times the force of gravity, so running out of fuel doesn't trip that switch.

2001 DODGE Caravan was involved in a frontal collision and I assume that the emergency fuel shut off system was engaged. How do I reset/fix?

Have you replaced any of the Impact Sensors on the front? If not this will keep fuel from flowing. I have never seen or heard of one. Now their is also a relay for fuel system for collisions its in the main relay box under hood.

FYI : the fuel reset sw. are under the rear panels on cars and trucks. But the service web site does not show one for your van nor replacement parts are found.

2001 Dodge Caravan was wrecked in the front and emergency fuel switch was engaged. How do I reset or fix this problem?

Some vehicles have a button in the front end that you must reset. It turns the fuel off in a front end collision. If not, you may need to reset the fuel, if equipped. It may be in your glove box.
