Did you get a trouble code come up? I would place a bet on the plug wires, If you have a spare, or another car, you could check it without buying a set. Hope this helps.

#2 cylinder misfiring why?

Usually if you know which cylinder, you check spark--fuel--compression on that cylinder.
You could do cylinder balance test, engine idling, kill each cylinder, one at a time. If you kill a cylinder that has no effect on rpms, that cylinder is dead for some reason, spark--fuel--compression?
I usually kill spark and do it quickly.

After replacing altenator - car misfiring on cylinder 1

The MAF Sensor is common to all banks of a motor or all cylinders,
& you only have one cylinder with an issue

Let the mechanic do their job thru proper testing, not guessing &
changing parts, they appear to be okey so far.

Injector wires or ignition wires could be on the wrong coils or you have internal valve damage.

Need to do more of the correct testing, the shop should know what
to do.

Plugs, a coil tower, and four spark plug boots would be a good start. Wery common for the towers to go bad on these.

Car sputter, engine light stay on now its plinking a lot, code # are p0300,302,202

A P0300 diagnostic code indicates a random or multiple misfire, most likely cylinder number#2 (302). check the ignition system , to confirm it,check spark plug in 2nd cylinder , is it black in color as compare to other cylinders .if the spark plug look oily , may be 2nd cylinder piston Rings problem.its just general idea

It has a number 2 cylinder misfire. I have already had the plugs, plug wires, and the back coil changed, and it still says it has a number two cylinder misfire. What can I try next?

misfire caused by leaking in the intake valve you must chek it , or may be your car is working rich that means fuel - air mixture is not on the right ratio so check your oxygen sensor
