Usually on the radiator support under the hood there is a diagram on how to "route" the belt. You need to release the tention and hold it while you get the belt off either pully and then when you put it back on. Some places like Parts America, Pep Boys, etc. will change it for you right there if you buy the belt from them. A garage shouldn't charge you much to change it either, it only takes about 10 minutes.
