First test to see if you really do have a factory Sirius antenna. The dealer will tell you the car is Sirius ready, but that does not mean you have the antenna. Your radio should have a "SAT" button on it....pushing it should bring up the Sirius emergency weather station, which will play even if your sirius isn't activated. If pushing the "SAT" button does not do this, then you simply have a "Sirius Ready" factory radio, and no factory Antenna and/or tuner. In this case, my advice would be to either mount a sirius antenna on the roof and get a starmate or something, or go to Dodge and spend upwards of $700 for the factory sirius antenna and tuner. If you car does have a factory sirius antenna....then just call 888-539-7474, and activate the sirius that is already in the car, no need to add anything. Hope this helps or at least clears things up.

sometimes if you dont put the right code in all the functions wont work.factory radios nowadays go thru the ecm (electronic control module) of the veichle.meaning if your radio was stolen and put into another vehichle it would be locked, and a code needs to be put in.unplug the battery and radio and go to this site to find your code.http://gsmhosting.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=350260

Under driver and passenger seats are wires that go to seat belt anchors. These are tensioner wires.Unplug the wires from the plug under the seat.clean and replace.Doing this while the ignition is turned off. Then turn ignition back on.In 90% of the time this is your problem.Constant movement of seat causes this or rear passengers kicking plugs off.Good luck phil.
